Everything you might ask
The questions Shopify merchants ask about wholesale, answered clearly to help you make informed decisions.
No. SaleWizr never touches your storefront theme or retail checkout. Wholesale lives in a separate buyer portal on its own address, and your retail store carries on exactly as it is today.
No. Buyers sign in with a secure link sent to their email. There’s nothing to create, remember, or reset, making access effortless for buyers and one less thing for you to manage.
In Shopify. Every order placed through the buyer portal becomes a real Shopify order, so inventory, fulfilment, and reporting work exactly as they do for retail. SaleWizr handles everything around it — pricing, payment terms, invoicing, and payment tracking.
Yes. Import your buyers in bulk by CSV, invite them individually, or let new buyers apply through your portal for approval. Approved buyers are matched to their customer records in Shopify.
Assign payment terms to each buyer, and SaleWizr takes it from there. Orders placed on terms automatically generate branded PDF invoices, send reminders and statements as due dates approach, record payments against buyer balances, and enforce credit limits to keep exposure under control.
SaleWizr connects with Xero, automatically syncing invoices, payments, and credit notes to your books. Continuous reconciliation keeps both systems aligned.
Nothing. The Free plan includes unlimited buyers, five price lists, and ten portal orders each month — enough to run a real wholesale channel before paying. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day Growth trial, billing happens through Shopify, and if you outgrow your plan, you decide when to upgrade.
No. SaleWizr works on every Shopify plan. The buyer portal gives you the tools to run wholesale alongside your existing Shopify store, without requiring Shopify Plus.
SaleWizr connects directly with your Shopify inventory, keeping stock levels accurate without creating a separate inventory system. You can choose, per product or store-wide, whether wholesale buyers can backorder stock or whether inventory should be reserved for retail.
Yes. Sales reps get their own seats and build orders for their assigned buyers, with the right pricing applied and credit limits enforced as they go. The buyer confirms the order on Shopify’s own checkout — a rep prepares it, but never completes it for them.
You choose how each buyer pays. Either way the order goes through Shopify’s own checkout — buyers either pay there and then, or check out on their agreed terms and settle against an invoice later, with credit limits enforced before the order is placed.
Yes. Every request is isolated by shop and enforced at the database level, preventing one merchant’s data from ever being accessed by another. Shopify access tokens are encrypted, and SaleWizr never sees or stores payment card details.
Your Shopify access token is revoked immediately. Once Shopify’s retention period ends and an erasure request is received, your store’s data is permanently deleted. Individual buyer deletion requests are handled the same way.
