Understanding your plan and billing

How am I billed?

Through Shopify, on your existing store invoice. There’s no separate payment method to manage, and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your Shopify admin.

What counts as an order?

Only wholesale orders placed through the buyer portal during the calendar month count. Retail orders, quotes, draft orders, and manually created invoices are never included.

What happens if I exceed my plan?

Nothing stops working, and nothing gets blocked mid-month. We’ll let you know you’ve reached your limit, and you decide if and when to upgrade — we’ll never move you automatically or bill unexpected overage fees.

Do buyers or price lists cost extra?

No. Every plan includes unlimited buyers, including Free, while every paid plan includes unlimited price lists. Your pricing grows with wholesale order volume — not with the size of your customer base.

What is in the free trial?

Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial with the complete Growth feature set — including net terms, volume pricing, credit limits, statements, and Xero sync — so you can evaluate the features that matter before committing.

Can I add more sales-rep seats?

Yes. Every plan includes a set number of sales-rep seats, with additional seats available for $29/month each. Enterprise includes unlimited seats.
